Track your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email along with the billing email or phone number.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each status means

  1. 01

    Confirmed

    Payment received or COD verified. Your order is queued for packing.

  2. 02

    Packed

    Quality checked, folded and bagged at the Zirakpur unit. Usually within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    In transit

    Handed to the courier. You get an AWB number by SMS and email.

  4. 04

    Out for delivery

    With the delivery rider. Keep your phone reachable, especially for COD.

  5. 05

    Delivered

    Your 7-day exchange window starts from this date.
