Orders & payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available on most PIN codes across India for orders up to a set value. You will see the option at checkout if your PIN code qualifies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp within two hours of placing it and we will amend or cancel before the parcel is packed. Once it is handed to the courier we cannot recall it.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and cash on delivery.
Is my payment information safe?
We never see or store your card details. Payments run through a PCI-compliant gateway on an encrypted connection.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Three to five business days for metros and the tricity, five to seven for the rest of India. We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation.
What does shipping cost?
Free above the order value shown in the announcement bar. Below that a flat forwarding fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. It is on the roadmap. Join the newsletter and you will hear first.
Sizing & fit
I am between two sizes. What should I take?
Size up for a relaxed drape, stay at your usual size for a closer fit. Every product page lists the exact garment measurements.
Do your sizes run small?
They run true to the chart, which is measured garment-flat rather than body-to-body. Compare against a piece you already own and it will be accurate.
Will the fabric shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk. Expect under two percent movement if you follow the wash care on the label.
Returns & exchanges
What is the return window?
Seven days from delivery for an exchange or store credit. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and carry its original tags.
How do I raise an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you want instead. We arrange a reverse pickup where the courier serves your PIN code.
Are sale items returnable?
Final-sale and clearance pieces are not returnable. This is flagged clearly on the product page before you buy.
Products & the brand
Do you actually manufacture these?
Yes. Comforton is a factory-owned brand. We cut, stitch and finish in our own unit in Zirakpur, which is why the price is what it is.
What are Vella, BLOC, Classics and Lil Comfy?
They are the four labels inside the Comforton house: women, men, shirts, and kids. Different names because they dress very different people, same factory and same standard behind each.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
We do, and it is where we started. Use the wholesale enquiry page and we will send a rate card.
